FAQ – Ordering & Policies
How to Place an Order
- Add desired products to your shopping cart.
- Proceed to checkout via standard option or PayPal.
- Input email, full name, and shipping address.
- Enter promo codes in the Discount field if available.
- Confirm your address → enter payment → Complete Order.
Confirmation will display on screen and via email. Support: service@viirelle.com
Incorrect or Missing Items
Contact support with:
- Order number
- Image under 1MB showing issue
After verification, correct items will be sent free of charge. Email: service@viirelle.com
Confirming Orders
Check your email for order confirmation and number. Review spam if missing.
Modifying Orders
Changes allowed before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on order day. After this, orders may be processed. Contact: service@viirelle.com
Cart Operations
- Add items: Select options → Add to Cart
- View cart: Click cart icon
- Adjust quantity: Modify Quantity field
- Remove item: Click Remove

Payment Methods
Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.
PayPal Payments
Select PayPal → login → confirm → redirected to confirmation.
Applying Discounts
Enter promo code → click Apply → reflected in order summary.
