FAQ – Ordering & Policies

How to Place an Order

  1. Add desired products to your shopping cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout via standard option or PayPal.
  3. Input email, full name, and shipping address.
  4. Enter promo codes in the Discount field if available.
  5. Confirm your address → enter payment → Complete Order.
    Confirmation will display on screen and via email. Support: service@viirelle.com

Incorrect or Missing Items
Contact support with:

  • Order number
  • Image under 1MB showing issue
    After verification, correct items will be sent free of charge. Email: service@viirelle.com

Confirming Orders
Check your email for order confirmation and number. Review spam if missing.

Modifying Orders
Changes allowed before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on order day. After this, orders may be processed. Contact: service@viirelle.com

Cart Operations

  • Add items: Select options → Add to Cart
  • View cart: Click cart icon
  • Adjust quantity: Modify Quantity field
  • Remove item: Click Remove

Use current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge/IE.

Payment Methods
Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.

PayPal Payments
Select PayPal → login → confirm → redirected to confirmation.

Applying Discounts
Enter promo code → click Apply → reflected in order summary.
