Processing Time

Most orders are packed and dispatched within five working days after an order has been successfully completed.

After shipment, delivery usually requires approximately 10–20 business days, depending on the destination country and transportation provider.

Updating Delivery Information

Shipping address changes must be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the date the order is placed.

After this deadline, modifications may not be possible because the order may already be in processing.

Order Fulfillment Schedule
