Return Policy

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not been shipped or started in production.
If cancellation is approved before dispatch, the full payment will be refunded to the original method.
Orders that have already been sent cannot be cancelled.

Returns
Return requests are accepted within 14 days after delivery.
Requirements to qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition.
  • Must include original packaging.
  • Must provide valid proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Do not send the product before contacting customer support. Return instructions must be provided and followed.
Customers will incur no more than a single shipping cost, including both the original and return shipping when applicable.
No restocking fees will be applied.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the return, you will get an email confirming processing.
You will be informed whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, usually within several business days depending on the payment processor.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  • Double-check your bank account.
  • Contact your card issuer; it may take several days.
  • Contact your bank; processing times vary.

Return Shipping
After approval, instructions will be provided.
Customer-initiated returns may require the customer to pay return shipping.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will have shipping costs covered.
